Returns and Cancellations
Return Policy
At Healthreef, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Charges:
For all returns (both COD and prepaid orders), the shipment/return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. The applicable shipping and return (RTO) charges will be deducted from the refundable amount at the time of processing the refund.
Refund Processing:
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility, the eligible refund (after deduction of shipping charges, if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from approval, and a confirmation email will be sent to the customer once initiated.
Important Note:
If your product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we kindly request you to provide clear video evidence of the unboxing process. Claims for damaged or incorrect items cannot be processed without unboxing video proof.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us at support@healthreef.in
If the order has not yet been dispatched, our customer support team will process the cancellation and initiate the refund within the applicable processing timeline.
If the order has already been dispatched but is yet to be delivered, please do not accept the delivery and inform our support team immediately. Refunds for prepaid orders in such cases will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
