After passing the final inspection, the items are carefully packaged and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. If there are any issues, such as difficulty reaching your address, the delivery team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

At Healthreef, we prioritize the safety of your products during transit. All items are securely packaged using durable boxes. Fragile products are wrapped individually in bubble wrap, and additional protection is added to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.

How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will share with you the tracking number and details of the courier service handling the delivery via email and WhatsApp/SMS. You can start tracking your order 24 hours after it leaves our warehouse.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?
Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). However, some products that are sourced directly from the brand may take a little longer to ensure freshness and quality. During high-demand periods, such as Mega Sales, dispatches may be delayed due to increased order volumes, but we aim to ship all orders within 5 days.
Will My Order Arrive in Multiple Shipments?
Yes, in some cases. If your order contains items from different warehouses or product categories, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Are There Any Delivery Charges?
We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small shipping fee may apply.
